The Galaxy Z Flip comes with a horizontal folding display for the punch-hole design and front-facing camera on the center of the screen. On the outside, there is also a secondary display, an all-glass body, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The flexible display is covered by the “Ultra-Thin Glass” made by Samsung for enhanced durability against scratches and scuffs.

The Galaxy Z Flip’s Hideaway hinges feel more sturdy and powerful with this Freestop folding technology, you can open it at any time, fold it, flip it, or stand at a table for the selfie, video call or watching videos.
According to Samsung, the hinge uses a “sweeper technology” which allows you to remove dirt and dust.
Offering a new Flex Mode UI
The foldable device comes with a new Flex Mode UI, the company made it with collaboration with Google. The software divides the foldable display into two sections, allowing you to use Google Duo video-calling while at the same time letting the phone sit on a table or watch a YouTube video while experiencing remarks in the bottom half.
Further, you get a Multi-Active Window for drag-and-drop functions.
Galaxy Z Flip gets a dual-lens rear camera
On the back, the phone occupied with dual-lens rear 12MP+12MP camera set up, the main camera comes with 4K recording feature.

The Z Flip powered by a flagship Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset without 5G connectivity. For specs it gets 8GB of RAM and 256GB built-in storage (non-expandable).

Price, sale, and availability
In the USA, the Galaxy Z Flip priced at $1,380 and it will go on sale in select regions including the United States and South Korea starting February 14. The phone will be available in black and purple options first, followed by a gold variant.
