When novel coronavirus spreads across India dangerously, the Xiaomi India has officially confirmed with the tag line “We are focusing our energy to support the nation in its fight against the COVID-19”. That means its latest flagship Mi 10 launch date in India has been suspended. The company was scheduled the unveiled date on March 31 and mentioned that it will be announced sometime later. However, the Twitter post didn’t share any particular date.
It has to say that, the India Government banned the sale of unnecessary products. Not only Xiaomi, there are several smartphone maker companies also canceling launch events in the country. Right now we are under a 21-day lockdown due to novel coronavirus outbreak.

The premium smartphone featuring an edge-to-edge screen with a display cut-out on the top left corner for the selfie camera.
It has a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED display that offers a Full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) resolution with a 90Hz refresh rate.
It arrives with a big 108Mp image sensor
Xiaomi provides a vertical shaped quad-camera system in this new phone and this setup coupled with a 108MP (f/1.7) primary image sensor, a 13MP (f/2.4) secondary camera (ultra-wide-angle), a 2MP (f/2.4) macro lens, and once more 2Mp sensor for depth. Below this setup, it has an LED flash.
The flagship phone also comes with a 20MP (f/2.0) front shooter for selfies and video calling purposes.
Mi 10 performance with top-of-the-line internals
The latest Xiaomi smartphone powered by the Octa-core Snapdragon 865 processor with 5G connectivity that offers up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB built-in storage.
In terms of the software, it runs Android 10 with MIUI 11 on top and gets a 4,780mAh battery that can support 30W wired charging and 30W wireless charging tech.
Finally, it includes connectivity options such as dual-SIMs (Nano), 5G, Bluetooth v5.10, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C port, and a headphone jack.
As well as it has an in-display fingerprint sensor, an accelerometer, an ambient light sensor, a barometer, a compass, a gyroscope, proximity sensor.
Price of Mi 10
The device launched in China with a starting price at CNY 3,999. However, there is no official announcement on India’s price details.
