Samsung Galaxy A31 has launched officially, the new mid-range smartphone retains an AMOLED display with Infinity U-styled notched design, like Galaxy A30s. The Samsung Galaxy A31 introduced with a quad-camera setup and a massive 5,000mAh battery capacity.
The new Samsung phone arrived with Blue, Black, Red, and White color options.
Samsung Galaxy A31: Display
Just like Galaxy A30s, the Galaxy A31 equipped with an Infinity U-styled notch display design. The rear side of the phone houses L-shaped four cameras with an LED flash.
The new phone offers a 6.4-inch full-HD+ (1080×2400 pixels) AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. There is an in-display fingerprint reader for biometric authentication.
Galaxy A31 includes a 48MP main camera
There is a quad rear camera setup in this phone consists of a 48MP (f/2.0) primary sensor, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle shooter, a 5MP (f/2.4) macro camera, and another 5MP depth sensor.
Up front, the device has a 20MP (f/2.2) selfie shooter within the Infinity U notch. Besides, the camera can record Full-HD videos @30fps.
The Galaxy A31 packs with an Octa-core processor
Under the hood, the Galaxy A31 is powered by an unnamed Octa-core processor with clocked at 2.0GHz, and six at a 1.7GHz. However, previous reports suggest the phone could pack MediaTek Helio P65. The processor is paired with 4GB/6GB of RAM and two storage variants 64GB/128GB.
In terms of battery, the phone gets a strong 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W fast-charging technology and runs with Android 10.
Finally, the connectivity options available on this phone such as VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Further, it also offers Samsung Pay.
Samsung Galaxy A31: Price and availability
Samsung has not yet shared any details about the price or availability of the new smartphone. However, according to key specs the phone may cost in India under Rs. 20,000.
