The Japanese electronics company Sony has introduced two brand new headphones, the first one is Sony WF-XB700 true wireless earphones and another is Sony WH-CH710N active noise-canceling headphones. Both new audio products provide long battery life and support SBC and AAC Bluetooth codec and the WH-CH710N is an IPX4 water resistance rating.
Presently, they are available in some global markets and will probably reach India next month.
Sony WF-XB700: Specifications and features
The WF-XB700 true wireless earphones have great design, like the previous Sony WF-1000XM3 model, with the tips of the ear resting tightly on your ear, and the buds are slightly restrained or flush with your ear. The buds make use of the Tri-hold framework, which offers the earbuds 3 points of the call so they don’t autumn out. It also provides an IPX4 water resistance rating,
The earphones come with an in-house Extra Bass technology and designed to boost bass and low crisp and clean tones. However, it doesn’t offer any active noise cancellation. You may want to cancel out some of the inactive words, though these sit in the ear and probably form a tight seal. The full audio experience will be powered by a 12mm Neodymium driver.
Further, you can pair the brand new earphones with Bluetooth 5.0 inside. Sadly, they won’t pair quickly like AirPods or Powerbeats. But, you should get a standard pairing experience. The product comes with a crying case and promises to give a total of 18 hours of battery life that means nine hours on the earbuds and an additional nine hours from the case.
Apart from this, the handsets support SBC and also AAC Bluetooth codecs.
Sony WH-CH710N ANC: Specifications and features
Unlike the WF-XB700 model, the WH-CH710N offers an active noise cancellation (ANC) feature which will assess the space you have left to select the correct level of noise cancellation. It received dual microphones, which allow you to hear them front and back. The headphones built with 30mm drivers and for room adjustment, there are metal sliders.
Like WF-XB700 this model also supports the SBC and AAC Bluetooth codecs and you can pair it with an NFC-enabled device just a simple tap. However, it won’t work on the iPhone because of NFC connection isn’t always casting, but it works on Android devices.
Finally, the headphones can give you 35 hours of battery life. According to the company, it can survive 60 minutes of playback time from ten minutes of charging and support fast charging tech.
Both audio devices price
The Sony WF-XB700 true wireless earphones come with a price tag of $130 while the Sony WH-CH710N ANC Priced at $200. As for availability, they are available in select global markets and no announcement regarding India launch.
