Vivo V19 launched with dual selfie cameras, SD 712, 4,500mAh battery


Vivo finally launched the new Vivo V19 phone in India with dual punch-hole design along with a dual front camera. To recall, the Vivo V19 has unveiled globally last month. Along with the dual front camera, the smartphone also has a quad-camera, an AMOLED screen, a Snapdragon processor, and two storage options. It is available with Piano Black and Mystic Silver finish.

Vivo had planned to launch this smartphone in March, the company was suspended the launch date due to the nationwide lockdown to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Based on the design, the present Vivo phone comes with a dual punch-hole design with dual selfie cameras in a pill-shaped cutout. On the back, it houses an L-shaped quad rear camera in the upper left corner of the panel. Vivo uses a 6.44-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) Super AMOLED display and protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 6.

As mentioned, it has a quad rear camera setup with 48MP (f/1.79) primary shooter, an 8MP (f/2.2) wide-angle sensor, a 2MP (f/2.4) macro lens, another 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. The setup offers super night mode, ultra-stable video, art portrait video, super macro, and bokeh mode.

It sports with dual selfie cameras inside punch-hole cutout with a 32MP main sensor and an 8MP secondary lens include super night selfie, super wide-angle, ultra-stable video, and so on.

Internals and spaces

It is powered by the Snapdragon 712 processor coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB onboard storage. Besides, the phone runs on Android 10 with FunTouch OS 10 and gets a 4,500mAh battery with the support of 33W FlashCharge 2.0.

Connectivity options are dual-SIM (Nano), dual-band Wi-Fi (5GHz), Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, OTG, and USB Type-C port. Further, it has an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, and gyroscope sensors.

The Vivo phone is 159.64×75.04×8.5mm in size and weighs 186.5 grams.

Price and launch offers

In India, the smartphone comes with the starting price of Rs. 27,990 for the 8GB/128GB model while the 256GB configuration cost is Rs. 31,990 and the sale will go on from May 5 via Amazon, Flipkart, Vivo online stores as well as partner offline stores.
