Vivo Y30 launched with ‘Ultra O Screen’ design, Helio P35, 5,000mAh battery


Vivo Y30 smartphone has finally launched in Malaysia, the phone is a new member of the company’s Y series. The Vivo Y30 retains a punch-hole style known as ‘Ultra O Screen’ design according to the company, quad rear cameras set up along with a single punch-hole front camera. It has a MediaTek processor with one storage option. The smartphone launched with Dazzle Blue and Moonstone White color options and a powerful 5,000mAh battery.

The phone comes with a punch-hole design on the upper left corner of the edge along with a single selfie camera. On the backside of this Vivo, the phone has quad rear cameras with vertical shaped and an LED flash. Further, there is a fingerprint sensor as well.

It is featuring a 6.47-inch HD+ (720×1560 pixels) resolution display that includes a 19.5:9 aspect ratio.

The quad-camera unit included a 13MP (f/2.2) primary sensor, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle lens, further, it has a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor and another 2MP (f/2.4) macro lens. On the front, it occupied with an 8MP selfie shooter with the support of AI features.

Vivo uses a MediaTek Helio P35 (MT6765) processor in this phone that paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. Inside it has a bigger 5,000mAh battery.

The smartphone keeps run Android 10 with Funtouch OS and comes with dual-SIM (Nano), 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi, FM, GPS, and AGPS connectivity options. Besides, it has a 3.5mm headphone jack and it weighs 197 grams.

Price and availability details

The smartphone is priced in Malaysia at MYR 899 for the 4GB/128GB configuration and it has found on the Lazada Malaysia site. The release date is May 9 in the Malaysian market. It may come to India sometime from now.
