Nokia 5310 has unveiled in India by HMD Global, basically, it is a rebranded version of Nokia 5310 XpressMusic, released in 2007. The feature phone comes with a QVGA display and powered by the MediaTek MT6260A chip as well as it has a preloaded MP3 player. The phone occupied with 8MB of RAM and has the capacity of storage expandable, the body of the phone comes with dual-color combinations that are Black/Red and White/ Red. To recall, HMD Global has launched this feature phone globally in March this year.
Nokia 5310: Specifications and features
The Nokia feature phone is featuring a 2.4-inch QVGA display that provides 240×320 pixels resolution. It includes a VGA camera along with an LED flash on the backside. Sadly, there is no selfie shooter in the front.
Nokia uses a MediaTek MT6260A processor inside the phone that coupled with 8MB of RAM and 16MB of onboard storage, but you get expandable capacity up to 32GB through a microSD card.
In the connectivity section, it supports dual-SIM (Mini), 2G, Bluetooth v3.0, a Micro-USB port, wireless FM radio, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. In terms of battery, the phone included a removable battery that is capable to deliver over 20 hours of talk time and up to 22 days of standby time on a single charge. The handset runs Series 30+ operating system and it has dual speakers as well as a dedicated music key.
Price in India and availability destinations
The Nokia 5310 feature phone was launched globally with the price tag of EUR 39 (around 3,300). In India, it gets price at Rs. 3,399. If you wish to buy then the phone will be available from June 23 via Amazon India and the Nokia India website and the pre-booking will take place later today through the company website. Further, from July 22 it will available for purchase on offline retail stores.
