Xiaomi could bring its RedmiBook 13 laptop in India on June 11, according to a report by 91Mobiles with tipster Ishan Agarwal. The report further said that the RedmiBook 13 will be supercharged by an Intel Core i7 processor along with a bezel-less screen and this laptop may be the new version of Redmibook 13 which launched in China in December 2019. But, not AMD Ryzen-powered RedmiBook 13 which introduced last week.
Here are the specifications of the RedmiBook 13
According to a recent report, the Xiaomi laptop comes with a bezel-less screen and will support 1C charging. The China-specific model of the laptop was launched with a 13.3-inch full-HD anti-glare display that has an 89% screen-to-body ratio. The device gets a chiclet-style keyboard and delivers a DTS surround sound.
Internals, RAM, and space
In terms of internals, the machine is powered by 10th generation Intel Core processors along with the Nvidia GeForce MX250 GPU paired with 8GB of DDR4 RAM and 512GB of SSD storage. Xiaomi added a dual heat pipe for an improved management system.
It comes with pre-installed Windows 10 Home OS and provides 11 hours of battery that takes only 35 minutes for a 50% charge.
To recall, Xiaomi recently launched in China the RedmiBook Ryzen Edition 13, 14, and 16 models.
India launches and price details
The collaboration report by 91Mobiles and Ishan Agarwal suggest that Xiaomi could launch the RedmiBook 13 in India in June. So far, it’s not clear if the company will bring multiple models to market or just a rebranded version of the Redmibbook 13. Previously Xiaomi has teased the India launch of the laptops via multiple Twitter posts.
In China, this laptop was debuted with the starting price of CNY 4,199 (around Rs. 44,300). We can hope it will offer a similar price tag in India.
