Oppo Watch has been launched in India with Oppo Reno 4 Pro smartphone. In size, the smartwatch is offered with 41mm and 46mm. It has 3D AMOLED, dual-curved display, and the Oppo Watch is equipped with fitness tracking and real-time heart rate monitoring features. In terms of battery, it has also been claimed that it offers 21 days of battery life on a single charge in Watch Power Saver mode. Oppo Watch: Design and display
The latest smartwatch from the company gets a square-shaped dial design and has two physical buttons on the right. It made with a 6,000-series aluminium alloy frame. The 41mm variant of Oppo Watch retains a 6.1-inch display with a resolution of 320×360 pixels and a 301ppi pixel density. At the same time, the 46mm model debuts with a 1.91-inch display with a 326ppi pixel density with a resolution of 402×476 pixels. Both variants have a flexible curved AMOLED screen and offer a maximum brightness of 500 nits. The 46mm variant also provides a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut.
The watch rocks with the Qualcomm processor
Oppo Watch is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2500 processor and Apollo3 co-processor. The Snapdragon chip is for a smart mode that provides all the pre-loaded features while the Apollo3 chip helps to improve the battery life of the device and works like message notifications, step tracking, and heart rate monitoring in power saving mode. As mentioned, it is also a 5ATM water-resistance rating.
The device supports real-time heart rate monitoring
Talking about features, Oppo Watch is designed to track workouts and fitness activity. You get real-time heart rate monitoring, also, the wearable comes with five inbuilt sensors to track different exercises.
Both models offer different mAh battery
Oppo uses a 3,00mAh battery on the 41mm variant and the battery provides backup of up to 24 hours in smart mode, but you can use it in power saver mode for up to 14 days. There is a 430 mah battery in 46mm variants, which gives a battery backup of up to 36 hours in smart mode, but in power saver mode you can use it for up to 21 days. Two models support VOOC flash charge technology, which makes the in-built battery full charge in 75 minutes.
