Galaxy Tab S7 now available in India along with GalaxyTab S7+

Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7+ have been introduced for India. To recall both flagship tabs were launched at Galaxy Unpacked event in the global market. Now, both the tablets have also been knocked out in the Indian market. Specifications wise The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 comes in both LTE and Wi-Fi models, but the Samsung Galaxy S7+ has been brought in only LTE variant. They offer three color options and a single storage configuration.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7: Specifications details

The Galaxy Tab S7 launched in India with an 11-inch WQXGA (2,560×1,600 pixels) LTPS TFT display, with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 274 PPI pixel density. It provides a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and you can use this tab like a mini desktop with its Wireless DeX support.

For photography and videography, the tablet has a dual rear camera setup with a primary camera of a 13 megapixel (f/2.0) and another camera is a 5 megapixel (f/2.2) that works as an ultra-wide-angle lens. Further, an LED flash and autofocus support is also given with camera setup. On the front panel, It has an 8 megapixels sensor for selfie and video calling.

The Samsung tab is powered by a flagship chip

The device is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor, with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. The support of the microSD card is up to 1TB.

Samsung uses Android 10 OS as for operating system and includes a very large 8,000mAh battery, which provides three hours of video playback on a single charge. In addition, quick charging support is available.

For connectivity, you will get 4G (optional) network, Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 6, a USB Type-C port, and GPS/ A-GPS. Similarly, there is an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer sensors.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+: Specifications

In comparison with Tab 7, this variant gets a large 12.4-inch WQXGA+ (2,800×1,752 pixels) Super AMOLED display that comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and 287 PPI pixel density. Plus it has an improved S Pen that offers nine milliseconds latency and supports Air Gestures for notes or sketch.

Like the S8, the S7 + also comes with dual rear camera setup and the selfie camera of this tab is also an 8 megapixel. As for the processor, you will also get the same Snapdragon 865+ processor that paired with 6GB LPDDR5X RAM and storage up to 128GB. It also supports microSD up to 1TB.

The Galaxy Tab S7+ includes a super 10,090mAh battery and supports fast charging up to 45W.

Talking about connectivity, the Samsung tab includes 4G, Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 6, a USB Type-C port, and GPS/ A-GPS. The sensors of this tab are the same as S7. However, it has an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Both tabs price in India

The Wi-Fi variants of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 price is Rs 55,999 for 128GB storage. The price of its LTE variants is Rs 63,999 with the same storage option.

On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ LTE only model price is Rs 79,999 for 128GB storage configuration. Both tablets will be available with Mystique Black, Mystique Bronze, and Mystique Silver colors.

As for availability, the Wi-Fi model of the Galaxy Tab S7 will be available for purchase on Reliance Retail and Samsung Store, whereas the LTE variants of both tablets will be available on Amazon India, Flipkart, and select retail outlets. Interested customers can pre-book now.
