Infinix Note 8 and Note 8i MediaTek chip, quad cameras launched

Infinix Note 8 and Note 8i smartphones arrived through a virtual launch event. Both the models are equipped with quad rear camera setup and they get a punch-hole display design. In the Note 8, the company has given a dual selfie camera setup. Two new models also are powered by the MediaTek processor and come with DTS audio processing to give an enhanced audio experience. Plus, the Note model includes a dual speaker for stereo audio delivery.

Infinix Note 8 and Infinix Note 8i: Price

The price of the Note 8 remains to be revealed at the moment, but it is believed that it will be priced around $200 (around Rs. 14,500). Speaking of color options, this phone features Deepsea Luster, Iceland Fantasy, Silver Diamond.

The price of Note 8i has also not been announced. However, this phone is offered with Diamond, Obsidian Black, and Tranquil Blue finish.

Specifications of the Infinix Note 8

In this phone, you will get a 6.95 inch HD + (720×1,640 pixels) IPS display with 20: 5: 9 aspect ratios and 480 nits brightness.

For photography, this phone provides a quad rear camera system, including a 64-megapixel primary camera with an auto-focus lens, a 2-megapixel macro camera. The camera setup also offers a 2-megapixel depth camera and an AI lens. It has a dual punch-hole camera where the primary camera is a 16-megapixel and there is a secondary portrait lens.

This Infinix smartphone is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G80 processor with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage that supports a microSD card up to 2TB.

Note 8 works on Android 10 based XOS 7.1 and presents a 5,200mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. For connectivity, it includes dual-SIM (Nano) slots, 4G LET, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS / A-GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

This phone comes with a 6.78-inch HD + (720×1,640 pixels) IPS display with a 20: 5: 9 aspect ratio.

The quad rear camera brings a 48-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, a 2-megapixel depth camera, and an AI lens. Unlike the Note 8, it has a single 8-megapixel camera with a dual-LED flash.

The model also powered by the same processor, RAM, and the same amount of internal storage. Further, the connectivity options are the same.

There is a 5,200mAh battery that also supports 18W fast charging.
