The price of Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime Edition has been revealed by Amazon. The Galaxy M31 Prime comes with similar specifications regular Samsung Galaxy M31, released in India in the month of February. The phone will be equipped with a waterdrop notch, slim bezels, and quad rear camera setup. The launch date of the Galaxy M31 Prime phone has not been disclosed at the moment. There will be a complimentary Amazon Prime subscription of up to 3 months.
Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime price details
The Galaxy M31 Prime will start at Rs. 16,999 for the 6GB/64GB variant. However, the price of the 6GB/128GB model has not been announced right now.
To recall the original Galaxy M31 launched with the initial price of Rs. 17,499 for the 6GB/64GB variant, while its 6GB/128GB storage option cost is Rs. 18,499. The top-end variant 8GB/128GB is available at Rs. 20,499.
Galaxy M31 Prime: specifications and features
According to the Amazon page listing, the Galaxy M31 Prime will appear with a similar to the earlier Samsung Galaxy M31model. The Prime model is powered by the octa-core Exynos 9611 processor with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU and a clock speed of 2.3 GHz. This chipset will be paired with 6 GB LPDDR4x RAM. The smartphone will come in two inbuilt storage options – 64GB and 128 GB – which can be expanded up to 512GB via microSD card.
For photography, there will be a quad rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel (f/1.8) primary sensor, an 8-megapixel (f/2.2) ultra-wide angle sensor. Plus it has a 5-megapixel (f/2.4) macro lens and a 5-megapixel (f/2.2) depth sensor. The Samsung phone gets a 32-megapixel sensor for selfies.
Inside, it will have a 6,000mAh battery with the support of 15W fast charging. It will have a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and will also support face unlock.
