Microsoft Surface Go 2, Surface Book 3 debut in India – Specs

Microsoft Surface Go 2 Tablet and Surface Book 3 detachable 2 in 1 Laptop debut in India. Both of these were introduced earlier in the month of May, but no information was available about its Indian availability at that time. Specifications-wise, the Surface Go 2 tablet is equipped with an 8th generation Intel Core M processor in which you get up to 10 hours of battery life. At the same time, the premium Surface Book 3 offers two screen sizes and powered by the Intel 10th Gen Ice Lake Core i5 and i7 CPUs.

Microsoft Surface Go 2 and Surface Book 3 price in India

In India, the Microsoft Surface Go 2 is priced at Rs 47,599 that configured with Intel Core M3. At the same time, its high-end 8GB + 128GB storage with Intel Pentium Gold model costs Rs 57,999 and Rs 63,499 for Intel Core M3. It offers Platinum, Black, Poppy Red, and Ice Blue colors.

On the other hand, Microsoft Surface Book 3, as we mentioned, is available in two size options that are 13 inches and 15 inches. Its 13-inch model with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 10th generation Ice Lake Core i5 processor costs Rs 1,56,299. The price of 16GB RAM, 256GB storage, and Core i7 model is Rs 1,95,899. The 32GB RAM with 512 GB storage and Core i7 CPU variants is Rs 2,37,199. It also has a 1TB storage variant that priced at Rs 2,59,299.

The 15-inch variant of Surface Book 3 is priced at Rs 2,20,399, in which you will get 16GB RAM, 256GB storage, and an i7 CPU configuration. Its 32 GB RAM and 512 GB storage model costs Rs 2,66,499 and the 1 TB storage model costs Rs 2,86,199.

Microsoft has also made available the Nvidia Quadra RTX 3000 option for commercial use. This premium model comes with a Core i7 processor, 32GB RAM, and 1TB storage, priced at Rs 3,40,399. It is available for commercial customers only in India.

Microsoft Surface Book 3: Specs

This one comes with a 13-inch (3,000×2,000 pixels) and 15-inch (3,240×2,160 pixels) display sizes. Both work on Windows 10 Pro and will get Microsoft 365 apps preloaded. Both laptops are configured with quad-core 10th-Gen Intel Core i5-1035G7 and i7-1065G7 processors, with up to 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. The 15-inch variant is integrated with the NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000 graphics, while the 13-inch model provides the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650.

In terms of battery, the smaller model delivers as much as 15.5 hours of battery life, and the larger variant can provide as much as 17.5 hours of battery life. For connectivity, both laptops include Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 6, two USB 3.1 3.1 Gen2 Type-A ports, a USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C port, two Surface Connect ports, SDXC card slot.

There are an 8-megapixel rear and a 5-megapixel front camera as well. The laptop-based on a detachable tablet and keyboard and a full backlit keyboard also included.

Microsoft Surface Go 2: Specs

The Surface Go 2 tablet brings a 10.5-inch screen with 1920×1280 pixels resolution and 220ppi pixel density. With this, it has a 3:2 aspect ratio and 1500: 1 contrast ratio. It is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The tablet features an integrated kickstand with a magnesium body.

The tablet has the option of Intel Pentium Gold 4425Y and 8th-Gen Intel Core M3. Apart from this, it has 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.

On the front, the tablet has a 5-megapixel camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus. The rear camera supports 1080p HD recording. Along with this, it has Dolby Audio Premium with 2 W stereo speakers and dual-field studio mic support.

As far as connectivity options, the Microsoft tablet supports a single nano-SIM, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, e-SIM. Moreover, you will get GPS/A-GPS, USB Type-C port, Surface Connector for accessories, headphone socket, MicroSD card slot, and Dual studio microphone.
